New Series - The Guardians of Childhood

Have you ever wondered what or who keeps the nightmares away?  Well, meet MiM, aka the Man in the Moon, and his friends.  Together, they take an oath to protect the children of the earth and become the Guardians of Childhood.  His friends include a regal bunny who makes candy eggs, a fairy who leaves prizes beneath pillows, Nicholas St. North and a few others you might recognize...

War Horse - In Theatres Now!

War Horse, a book written by Michael Morpurgo and now a major motion picture, is a story about the friendship shared between a boy and his horse.  The story is told from the perspective of Joey, the horse.  Joey recalls his days growing up on the farm with Albert, the boy, and his family, and the times leading up to his charging the enemy and carrying wounded soldiers in World War I.  Both Albert and Joey wonder if they will ever be reunited... but for the answer to that question, you will have to read on!  Click here to reserve your copy of the book today.

The Adventures of Tintin - Movie Release Date 12/21/11



The Adventures of Tintin movie is based on the original comic series first printed in 1929 by Hergé.  Hergé was the pen name for the Belgian artist Georges Rémi. This iconic series also inspired an animated television series in the 1990's. 

The upcoming movie is based on The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn.  In this adventure Tintin and his dog Snowy, along with Captain Haddock, are on the search for a sunken ship full of treasure.  As it turns out, these three are not the only ones on the hunt!
