Fun @ the Heritage Center in Mount Sinai!

Registration for our programs at the Heritage Center in Mount Sinai begins on Tuesday, July 30th:

• Planting Seeds Storytime
• Children, 3 + 1/2 years and older. Children attend without parent
• Nature Scavenger Hunt and Storytime
• Children of all ages with caregiver

We will also begin registration on that day for two movie nights! Click on the 'Programs' tab above to register online for August programs with your child's library card.

New Website of the Month! - The Adventures of Herman

As children are continuing to sign up for our "Dig Into Reading" summer reading clubs, we thought the month of July would be the perfect time for you to learn all about worms!  

So, take some time and visit The Autobiography of Squirmin' Herman the Worm to learn about worm history, families, bodies, homes, and how worms spend their time.

Make sure to visit the Worm Deli to read Herman's yummy and yucky "Chow List," Herman's Fun Place to play wormy games, and Worm Facts to learn 16 important things about worms.

Tuesday, July 2nd is the first day to record Summer Reading Club book titles onto your official Title Chart at the library. Visit the special table in the Children's Department to record your reading and start earning prizes!
